With more than twenty years of experience as a French language educator and pedagogical coordinator, I have developed a solid expertise in designing engaging, communicative, and culturally rich learning environments for international students. My career spans university teaching, curriculum development, and the coordination of diverse educational programs, which has strengthened my ability to adapt to different learning profiles and multicultural contexts. While living in Paris, I collaborated with several partners offering “French immersion at the teacher’s home,” a format that allowed me to welcome learners from Japan, Indonesia, Spain, Germany, and the United States. These one‑to‑one immersion stays deepened my understanding of intercultural communication and reinforced my commitment to creating meaningful, personalized learning experiences. I am passionate about helping students gain confidence in French through dynamic, supportive, and well‑structured instruction.
What motivates me most as an educator is the opportunity to accompany learners on a transformative linguistic and cultural journey. Working with students from such varied backgrounds has taught me to value curiosity, empathy, and creativity in the classroom. I particularly enjoy designing activities that connect language learning with real‑world communication, whether through project‑based tasks, cultural workshops, or guided interactions. My past interactions with international students—both in academic settings and through immersion programs—have shaped my teaching philosophy: language learning should be rigorous, joyful, and deeply human. I bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility to every program I join, and I am eager to contribute to a summer environment where students feel inspired, supported, and fully immersed in French.
