We’re also just minutes from the train station, with direct access to Paris in only 15 minutes. You get the best of both worlds: tranquility and easy access to the capital’s vibrant energy!

I am a passionate and dedicated French teacher offering immersive language experiences in the beautiful town of Montmorency, just outside Paris. With years of international experience, having lived in England and Switzerland, I deeply value cultural exchange and love working with students from diverse backgrounds.
My teaching approach is highly personalized, tailoring each lesson to my students’ needs, interests, and level—whether they are beginners looking to build a strong foundation or advanced learners aiming to refine their fluency. I create a warm and supportive learning environment, using a variety of teaching materials, interactive exercises, and real-life scenarios to help students gain confidence in their language skills.
Beyond the classroom, I welcome students into my home—a charming 19th-century house—where they can experience authentic French daily life. Along with my partner, Patrice, I offer a complete cultural immersion, from shared meals made with fresh market ingredients to guided explorations of Montmorency and Paris. Whether we’re visiting historical sites, enjoying outdoor activities, or engaging in lively discussions, I make sure learning extends far beyond textbooks. My passion for teaching, patience, and enthusiasm make me the ideal guide for anyone looking to improve their French in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
I hold both a Bachelor’s degree in French and English Studies from the University of Poitiers in France and a Master’s degree by research in English Studies from the Paris 7 University.
In the University Institute for Teacher Training in Paris, I have completed the vocational training course in teaching a second language.
I obtained as well the Certificate in the Alliance Française Cavilam in France“ Teaching French as a Foreign Language Today. ”
While living in Switzerland as well, I have prepared and passed the European Certificate in German – TELC (The European Language Certificate) level B2.(= upper intermediate level).

We’ll practice conversation through engaging discussions on topics like science, sports, and current events, as well as practical exercises involving reading, listening, and writing. I also create customized activity sheets linked to our cultural outings, helping you expand your vocabulary while exploring the local heritage. With my background in English and German, I can provide additional language support when needed.
