Immersion stays – Cancellation and Postponement

Cancellations or postponements must be submitted in writing and the student must confirm that the Provider received his notification.

If a cancellation or postponement request is received at least 30 days before your arrival, the Provider will charge a €150 cancellation/postponement fee, plus 10% of the total program fee for the week(s) being canceled or postponed.

All cancellations are subject to fees.

For cancellations or postponements received less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests made between the 1st and 15th of a month will be processed on the last day of that month.
Requests made after the 15th will be processed on the last day of the following month.

Once a program has started, it is considered complete, and no refund or credit can be issued for missed lessons, weeks, or courses—whether partially or fully unattended. Accommodation fees are also non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency requiring you to cancel during your stay, no reimbursement will be provided. Refer to your travel insurance terms. However, the Provider may offer alternative dates or a mutually agreed-upon form of compensation.
Should the Provider have an emergency after the program has started and cannot continue, she will offer alternative dates, another homestay destination, or a proportional reimbursement based on the remaining duration of the stay.
